Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for an International Standards Project Manager. This is a hybrid opportunity based in our Durham, NC OR Washington, DC offices. The International Standards Project Manager will support a portfolio of safety standards and related activities to drive the adaptation of safety standards in international markets and advance the mission of UL Standards & Engagement (ULSE) to make the world safer, more secure, and sustainable. The International Standards Project Manager will manage and coordinate international project activities, develop and advance standards proposals, and serve as a key liaison with global stakeholders and standards development organizations, including IEC, ISO, and US and Canadian Mirror Committees. The International Standards Project Manager will contribute technical input to international committees, champion proposals through consensus processes and advocate for safety and sustainability policies in partnership with policymakers, industry leaders, and global standards developers. As a strategic partner, the International Standards Project Manager will identify emerging technologies and opportunities where the organization can shape and influence the future of international safety standards.
