Qualifications * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. * 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, technical product ownership, or solution architecture. * *Proven experience with legacy-to-cloud transformations, especially monolith-to-microservices migrations.* * *Strong understanding of modern software architecture: REST APIs, message queues, service boundaries, and cloud-native patterns.* * *Ability to reverse-engineer legacy systems using logs, SQL queries, and user workflows.* * *Proficiency with tools such as Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman, Azure DevOps, and Jira.* * Excellent written and visual communication skills, including flow diagrams, data mappings, and system specifications. * *Experience with .NET, Azure, and distributed systems at scale is highly desirable.* * *Familiarity with domain-driven design (DDD) and bounded contexts is a plus.* * Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or payroll is preferred. * Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset. * Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience in cross-functional teams. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr.
