ABOUT THIS ROLE

St. Michael's is hiring an Assessment Integrator to support a Department of Defense (DoD) client. As the Assessment Integrator, you will provide expertise to facilitate strategic and operational assessments and environmental analysis of SOF Operations, Activities, and Investments. WHO YOU ARE



  • Active Top-Secret Clearance (with ability to obtain SCI).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience within Special Operations units or Special Operations staffs conducting military operational planning in support of real-world operations, exercises, and investments.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Provide expertise to facilitate strategic and operational assessments and environmental analysis of SOF Operations, Activities, and Investments (OAIs), and related effects throughout the US Northern Command Area of Responsibility.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive campaign assessment program that ensures accurate and timely assessing of strategic and operational plans to inform the status of achieving Theater Campaign Plan (CP) and Campaign Support Plan (CSP) objectives. (Deliverable: SOCNORTH CSP Assessment Program)
  • Develop recommendations for, and upon approval, implement, execute, and maintain qualitative and quantitative assessment frameworks linked to the assessment of the CP and CSP cycles.
  • Conduct environmental analysis to expand operational understanding of the environment, develop a comprehensive approach that combines environmental analysis with previously completed USNORTHCOM and SOCNORTH campaign and operational assessments.
  • Assess the CP and CSP in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate, execute, attend, and participate in interagency committee meetings, conferences, and working groups for the coordination and de-confliction of operations affecting the assessment of SOCNORTH operations in the USNORTHCOM AOR.
  • Prepare briefs for Commander SOCNORTH (CDRSOCNORTH) that inform other Combatant Commands (COCOM), the Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS), the Office of Secretary of Defense (OSD), Intelligence Partners, and Congress on the capabilities, limitations, and value of SOF operations within the USNORTHCOM AOR.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the development and review of the SOCNORTH CSP Assessment Program.


COMPENSATION:As required by applicable law, St. Michael's Inc. provides reasonable pay ranges for positions based on labor market conditions in locations where compensation transparency is required. The base pay range for this position is $125,000 to $140,000. Final compensation may vary depending on geographic location, relevant skills, experience, and other job-related factors. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, based on company and individual performance.
