Senior System Administrator

M9 Solutions is seeking a Senior System Administrator to work on a government contract for a client located in Annapolis Junction, MD. An active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements individual components of the Oracle products based on area of expertise.
• Analyzes detailed requirements and develops detailed designs for a specific Oracle product or technology.
• Provides implementation services for a specific product to include extensions and additional configurations necessary to implement customer unique business processes and workflows.
• Performs routine health checks and optimizations of system performance, availability, access controls, and security.
• Performs system optimization, performance tuning and assists in capacity planning.
• Performs proactive analysis of potential issues, risks, and roadblocks during system implementation and operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, information technology, or relevant discipline.
• 10 years overall IT experience with at least 8 years of experience in a production System Administration role.
