Position Summary Candid is a nonprofit that provides the most comprehensive data and insights about the social sector. We get you the information you need to do good. Candid collects, curates, and maintains the most comprehensive data on the nonprofit sector to empower nonprofits, foundations, researchers, and technology platforms across philanthropy. There is a growing need for this data to be easily accessible in developer channels so that 3rd parties to send and get access to this data in real-time. Candid currently has an opportunity for a Senior API Product Manager. The Senior API Product Manager will own the strategic vision and execution of Candid's next generation developer platform, including APIs, webhooks, integrations, and developer portal. This role drives revenue growth by making nonprofit sector data accessible to developers and third-party platforms in real-time. You'll identify market opportunities, understand developer needs, and translate requirements into platform capabilities while collaborating with Growth and Operations teams to optimize the developer experience and business outcomes. Position: Senior API Product Manager Reporting to: Senior Director, Data Provider Product Management Supervises: N/A Schedule: 35-hour work week, Monday through Friday Compensation: $120,000-$155,000 (this range is for the NYC area and will be adjusted for other localities; additionally, factors like skills and experience will be considered). Location: Remote. In-person attendance is expected during our annual, weeklong all-staff summit. Additionally, participation for in-person meetings is expected at least once per year for most employees, at least once per quarter for senior leaders, and at least once per month for the executive team. Staff that are not in NYC are expected to travel for these meetings.
