Purpose:
The Total Rewards Manager is responsible for driving global benefits strategy and execution, ensuring competitive, cost-effective, and compliant programs that support employee well-being and retention. This role requires deep expertise in benefits management, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to collaborate across People, Finance, and Legal teams. Additionally, the position provides compensation support, ensuring alignment with market trends and internal equity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic review and optimization of global benefits programs, including health, retirement, wellness, and leave policies across multiple regions.
- Partner with People Operations to drive Open Enrollment.
- Analyze international benefits offerings to ensure competitiveness in the semiconductor industry and alignment with workforce needs.
- Work closely with vendors to streamline benefits messaging and improve employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with global regulations, including ERISA (US), ACA, COBRA, and country-specific benefits laws.
- Develop and refine benefit policies that comply with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory benefits requirements.
- Provide compensation support, including salary benchmarking, incentive structures, and total rewards strategy alignment.
- Partner with People, Finance, and Legal teams to balance cost efficiency and employee value in global benefits design.
- Communicate benefits programs effectively across international locations, ensuring employees understand their options and maximizing program utilization.
- Monitor industry trends and recommend strategic enhancements for competitive positioning and employee engagement.
- Prepare reports and presentations that effectively communicate total rewards trends and recommendations.
- Translate compensation benchmarking and benefits analysis into actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance-related communications are clear, accurate, and aligned with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in global benefits management, total rewards, or compensation support.
- Expertise in international benefits design, administration, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in global benchmarking and market analysis.
- Excellent vendor management skills across different regions.
- Ability to translate complex benefits structures into clear, employee-friendly communications.
Preferred Skills:
- System experience with Workday benefits and compensation systems.
- Certification in Benefits (CEBS) or Compensation (CCP) is a plus.
- Experience in global mobility, expatriate benefits, and cross-border compensation.
- Familiarity with benefits trends in the semiconductor industry across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
- Ability to streamline approval workflows for global benefits and compensation programs.
The pay range for this role in Beaverton, OR is between $109,300 and $143,430. The pay range may differ in other locations. FormFactor maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
