About the Job:

As a Paid Social Media Supervisor, you will provide your expertise in Paid Social Media marketing, with a focus on driving strategic growth for clients. You will oversee day-to-day Paid Social Media activities, from strategy and planning, to analysis and optimization. As a trusted advisor, you will share best practices, case studies, and key learnings with the agency and clients, while developing and implementing Paid Social media processes and protocols.

A Day in the Life:

  • Develop, implement, and manage Paid Social campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn.
  • Guide process and integration with internal teams, including Search, Digital Media, and Analytics, to drive campaign success.
  • Oversee Paid Social media analytics, auditing, and reporting.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members to support their career development and growth.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to develop and present Paid Social strategies, plans, and results, and ensure timely delivery of client-facing deliverables.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, tools, and best practices in Paid Social to contribute to ongoing education and new business initiatives.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of Paid Social Media marketing experience, with healthcare and pharmaceutical experience preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and social media best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage tasks, lead junior team members, and collaborate with internal and external partners to drive campaign success.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in developing social media KPIs, tracking URLs, and analyzing campaign results.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • A curious and enthusiastic approach to learning about social media and the healthcare landscape.
Salary
$115,000 - $120,000
The salary range for this position is noted within this job posting.
