Overview: Primarily supports the Hematology/Oncology/Bone Marrow Transplant Clinic. May also support other clinics and operations as needed. Submissions can be for Medical and/or Pharmacy Benefit. Interacts with clinics (including Nursing, Providers, and Pharmacists), pharmacy leadership, insurance companies, and pharmacy benefit managers. May interact with the hospital's patient accounts, revenue cycle, and payor relations team as needed. Job Description Summary: Job Description: Essential Functions:
Education Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent. Licensure Requirement: Pharmacy technician registration with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy with certificated pharmacy technician registration preferred. Certifications: Completion of a pharmacy technician training program or certification by examination as a pharmacy technician (i.e., CPhT, ExCPT) prior to start state, required. Skills:
