POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Manager Integrated Media will develop and execute strategic media initiatives that align with Nespresso's marketing goals. This role oversees media planning, buying, and optimization to enhance audience engagement and reach. By collaborating with internal teams and external partners, the Senior Manager will drive media excellence and innovation, significantly impacting the organization's brand visibility and market presence. This hybrid opportunity offers the best of both worlds. With 2 days per week based at Nespresso USA's NYC Manhattan Herald Square office, you will have the chance to collaborate with colleagues, build strong relationships, and engage in face-to-face interactions. The remaining days, you will have the flexibility to work remotely, allowing you to maximize your productivity and maintain a healthy work-life balance. RESPONSIBILITIES: Media Strategy and Management
- Own the full-funnel, full-channel digital media strategy, managing budgets to achieve awareness, consideration, and conversion targets while driving business growth
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, utilizing a test-and-learn approach and Ad/MarTech (Marketing Technology) innovation
- Develop a future-proof digital media strategy in collaboration with Commercial Team, focusing on long-term brand development, digital journey mapping, and audience segmentation
- Implement data-driven decision-making across channels and work with Data & Insights to enhance attribution modeling
- Lead the integration of AdTech standards and Martech strategy across North America
- Partner Management & Thought Leadership
- Serve as leader of the Media Hub, ensuring alignment and execution of internal/external strategies to meet Brand and Commercial objectives
- Manage relationships with key internal and external partners, including Media Agency, Nespresso HQ, Nestle ZNA, Google, Meta, TikTok, and Amazon
- Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) with media partners to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
Audience and Channel Development & Creative Excellence
- Define and manage the full-funnel optimization strategy for digital media, working with internal/external stakeholders to meet defined metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams (Digital Commerce, Sales, Marketing, CRM, Trade) to create an audience-first digital media strategy for sustainable growth
- Work closely with creative teams to ensure media plans are aligned with creative strategies and resonate with target audiences
- Develop and implement channel strategies across DTC, RDM (Retail Digital Media), and B2B, positioning digital media as a growth enabler
People Management and Development
- Lead and develop a team of media professionals, including direct reports responsible for Campaign Planning, Go-to-Market, and Performance Optimizations
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the team
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA or advanced degree in marketing preferred
- 8+ years of experience in digital media with advanced understanding of full-funnel, journey mapping, and Ad/Mar Tech required
- Experience in paid channels including search, social, programmatic display, online video and audio, and emerging channels required In-depth understanding of performance media, attribution models such as the data driven attribution models in Google Analytics
- Understanding of website conversion metrics including impressions, engagement rates, click-through rates, conversion rates
- Required hands on experience of media tracking & web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, DoubleClic+B16k Campaign Manager, Brightedge, Criteo, Criteo, TRIAD, Amazon Advertising
- Experience of tools such as Krux DMP, Facebook Business Manager, DV360, Amazon DSP, strongly preferred
- Experience of implementing DCO (Dynamic Creative Optimization) preferred
- Numerically inclined with ability to compile, analyze and leverage performance data to deliver stronger ROI and identify new opportunities

- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and project management skills
- Ability to oversee and track multiple projects with due dates and varying requirements and priorities
The approximate pay range for this position is $180,000- $200,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
