Beginning Pay Range: $48,305.00-$49,750.00

About this Opportunity:

The Independent Living Plus (ILP) Assistant Program Supervisor is responsible for ensuring program consistency within the ILP home(s) and supervising Independent Living Development Specialists (ILDS). Initially the Assistant Supervisor will be a split role with coaching responsibilities that include individual and group coaching, assessment of youth independent living skills and knowledge, referrals to community resources, and community advocacy. With continued growth of the program, the split role will transition into a full-time supervisory position.

Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelors in a Human Services related field and a minimum of two years of experience in childcare institution. Must have a valid driver's license and proficient in Microsoft Office and basic competence in computer use and electronic case management and clinical record systems. A demonstrated understanding of the strengths, needs, challenges, and resilience of the target population of children, youth, and families and experience or ability to work with school, court, behavioral health, and child welfare partners. This candidate must be willing to work both 1st and 2nd shift hours.
