The Project Manager builds a realistic project plan, delivers outcomes on time, schedules tasks, and delegates assignments. They track the progress and performance of the project(s), along with the performance and efficiency of their team members. The scope of this position covers operations associated with patient admissions/inquiries, registration, setup, billing, collections, and credits, in addition to the upstream and downstream operations related to these. The Project Manager must effectively size and prioritize projects that support DaVita's key performance metrics to improve overall outcomes. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
