We are looking for you!

  • Schedule: 21 days on/ 7 days off

  • Pay: 36.50/hour

  • Supervise daily nitrogen pumping operations with a strong focus on safety, customer service, and field efficiency.

  • Conduct field safety inspections and ensure compliance with Airgas policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

  • Lead, train, and mentor field associates while providing ongoing performance evaluations and feedback.

  • Communicate operational status, challenges, and process improvements directly with the District Manager.

  • Support job readiness by managing paperwork, fuel purchases, equipment troubleshooting, and field certifications.

  • Maintain a safety-first culture through observations, safety meetings, and adherence to company and OSHA standards.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Job Description Summary: Supervise nitrogen pumping operations and manage field teams, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. Oversee compliance with safety policies, conduct field inspections, and communicate regularly with the District Manager. Responsibilities include operational troubleshooting, team training, administrative reporting, and hands-on support for equipment and customer interactions. Travel and field presence required.

________________________ Are you a MATCH? Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in nitrogen services or related industry
  • Current CDL with Tanker endorsement
  • Must obtain Hazmat endorsement and TWIC card within 90 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of nitrogen pumping units and field equipment
  • Experience supervising field teams and managing job site logistics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic office systems
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills in fast-paced environments
