Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

What You'll Do

• Perform jewelry repairs including sizing, prong and stone setting, chain repairs, shank work, stone tightening, and polishing
• Complete at least 20 repairs per day while maintaining quality standards
• Use a microscope, laser welder, and other fine instruments with precision
• Read and interpret work instructions for each repair order
• Collaborate with team members and share technical knowledge
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow safety procedures
• Sit or stand throughout the shift depending on task requirements
• Lift up to 30 lbs as needed

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of hands-on jewelry repair experience
• Strong skills in traditional and modern repair methods, including invisible set repairs and laser welding (preferred)
• Experience with production-level repair output
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Willingness to train others and collaborate in a team environment
• Must pass a bench test to demonstrate proficiency
