Position Title: Propulsion Systems Sub System Technical Manager Location: Onsite. Some local travel. Schedule: Flexible hours and OT available. Seeking a Propulsion Systems Sub System Technical Manager to support all integration activities and interface for all issues (cost, timing, program planning, launch support, program resolution, etc). Qualifications: Valid Drivers License. 5+Years experience. Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, or another related Engineering discipline from an ABET accredited university or equivalent. Design, development, and program management experience in broad powertrain functions and/or vehicle engineering in any of the following areas: engine, transmission, driveline, packaging, adaptation, controls, or calibration. Demonstrated high leadership, communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Demonstrated understanding of the Company product development processes, design validation, Key Process Indicators (KPI), and gate processes. Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated, and to work with minimal direction (ability to understand and complete next steps without guidance). Demonstrated team building skills.
