The Corporate Senior Director of Human Resources (Senior HRD) leads a dedicated HR team that supports corporate functions at the enterprise level. This role serves as a strategic business partner and operational leader, responsible for executing enterprise-wide human capital strategies that align with organizational priorities. The Senior HRD is accountable for implementing and maintaining HR policies, programs, and initiatives to ensure consistency, compliance, and effectiveness across the organization. As a key member of the corporate HR leadership team, this role works closely with executive leadership, HR Centers of Excellence, and field HR teams to ensure timely delivery of HR services that support a strong organizational culture, effective talent management, and operational efficiency.
Essential Functions and Primary Duties
* Leads and manages a team of HR professionals supporting enterprise corporate functions (Corporate Development, Finance, HR, Legal, IT and Marketing) responsible for their development, coaching, and high-performance execution.
* Serves as a strategic HR business partner to corporate function leaders-aligning HR support with business goals, driving execution of talent strategies, and offering consultative guidance on organization development, structure, and workforce planning.
* Utilizes data and analytics to identify trends, assess organizational needs, and provide actionable insights to corporate leadership that supports decision-making and to drive continuous improvement.
* Ensures consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and programs within corporate functions, in alignment with enterprise-wide processes and use of shared services (e.g., HRIS, Shared Services, L&D).
* Acts as a trusted advisor and accessible resource to employees at all levels within corporate teams, fosters transparent communication, and addressing concerns with fairness and discretion.
* Partners with Recruitment to support hiring strategies that our talent pipeline, enhance the candidate and new hire experience including effective onboarding for corporate roles.
* Leads workforce planning efforts for corporate functions-anticipating future talent needs and identifying internal and external gaps. Participates in succession planning, identifying key talent and supporting development plans for leadership continuity across corporate departments. Collaborates with the Engagement & Experience team to monitor engagement levels and retention metrics, developing targeted action plans for corporate teams as needed.
* Drives performance management practices within corporate functions, ensuring alignment with enterprise expectations and fostering a culture of accountability and development.
* Serves on cross-functional HR project teams to help design and implement initiatives to drive innovation within HR service delivery.
* Supports change management efforts and champions enterprise HR strategies, initiatives, and priorities within the corporate environment.
* Acts as an escalation point for complex employee relations matters within corporate functions, working with Legal and other partners to ensure timely and equitable resolution.
* Maintains strong relationships with peers in other HR teams, including field HR, Centers of Excellence, to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing across the function.

Qualifications Required
* Bachelor's degree required.
* Graduate or specialty degree preferred.
* PHR/SPHR or SHRM CP/SCP.
* Professional services or related people-focused industry experience preferred.
* Minimum of 8 - 10 years human resources generalist experience with significant experience leading teams in multiple geographies.
* Demonstrated experience in implementing human resource programs and initiatives, including organization design, culture change, employee experience, and positive employee relations.
* Demonstrated ability and passion for developing people including coaching, support of individual development plans, training and development.
* Possesses both strategic thinking capability and "hands on" HR implementation experience.
* Adept at managing multiple highly sensitive issues and competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and present insights effectively.
