Responsibilities: Complete operating system installations and troubleshooting for Windows 10, Windows 11, Widows Server, and Linux (Red Hat and Ubuntu). Image new computers with Windows or Linux. Assist staff members in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems. Identify vulnerabilities across all IT assets and apply patching and other fixes for remediation. Assist in developing our growing IT infrastructure. Work on existing projects and help develop new projects aimed at improving the group's computer requirements. Requirements: Currently enrolled in accredited Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Networking/IT Degree program with a GPA of 3.2 or higher. Must be knowledgeable of various operating systems: Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server, Mac OS X, and Linux (Red Hat, Ubuntu, etc.). Familiarity with Microsoft application software as well as other application software including a basic understanding of networking. Must have at least completed sophomore year.
