Certified Orthotist, Health Care Products

Position Summary:

Park Nicollet's Orthotics & Prosthetics department supports the Meadowbrook, TRIA Bloomington, and TRIA Maple Grove locations to Physician groups, to support the DME needs of patients by providing products used at home to help facilitate the successful management of any number of orthotic and prosthetic issues.

The incumbent must ensure proficient, quality clinical outcomes for all clinic patients, and is responsible for competency in the following tasks or skills.

Work Schedule:

Fulltime 1.0 FTE. Monday-Friday, 8 hr days

Required Qualifications:

Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:

Bachelor's Degree

Diverse experience level from Pediatrics to Geriatrics.

Licensure/ Registration/ Certification:

Orthotic Certification required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Demonstrates knowledge of age-related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and assure safety of patients.

Tracer Cad trained.

Proven proficiency in the operation of the following: Personal Computer, Telephone, Fax Machine, Photocopier, Printer, and electronic medical record.
