Essential Job Functions
* Maintains a safe, secure and healthy environment by adhering to Company/Customer safety standards and practices and to legal regulations, alerting others regarding potential hazards or concern
* Performs all duties as assigned and adheres to TEAM's Core Values
* Continually develops, tracks and reports back on upcoming project opportunities to executive leadership; owns all project development and brings in the proper resources as needed to win the work
* Develops key account plans for specific customers or customer networks (i.e. key accounts business plans) and drives implementation through cross-departmental collaboration, establishing critical customer relationships at the corporate level rather than at the field level
* Builds strong relationships with field management and executive leadership to achieve the following:
o Identify new contract opportunities
o Provide maintenance and accountability
o Support operational direction related to utilization
o Appropriately share lessons learnings
o Develop specific pricing responses to varying work (turnarounds and projects, T&M, embedded personnel, etc.) and different seasonal impacts
* Stays abreast of geographical, industry and competitive trends and shifts to identify important leanings and knowledge for appropriate communication to the executive leadership team and field management group
* Maximizes profitability and sells value by executing the following:
o Demonstrating clear understanding of opportunity costs and enterprise service offerings
o Instilling process improvements by continuously evaluating current methodologies and practices to identify opportunities, with strategic vision on sales processes and service coverage to support profitability targets/growth
* Accountable for significant sales growth:
o Researches and develops new customers and new customer opportunities
o Promotes the full range of the enterprise service lines and capabilities, selling the enterprise value of the organization
o Responsible for understanding geographical, industry and competitive trends (market intelligence) in order to establish T&M contract rates that ensure the maximum volume of work for the company at the maximum return
o Brings in specific support and expertise, as needed, to close every opportunity at the right price
o Develops metrics for each key account to demonstrate the value the company brings and ensure visibility of quality, safety and execution goals and standards
* Is an integral part of the strategic sales planning process, development of growth plans for specific geographies, industries and service lines, and is a constant shepherd of these plans to make sure they stay on track
* Responsible for the transition plan related to new business acquired by displacing competitor.

Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field of study preferred
* Previous sales experience in a relevant industry preferred
* A keen understanding of commercial business practices and selling strategies
* Candidates must be able to communicate effectively at multiple levels of the client's organization, from field personnel up to and including senior level management of customer or potential customer organizations
* Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities, coupled with the proven ability to balance priorities
* Evidence of professional presentation skills and strong verbal and written communication skills including well-developed analytical and problem solving skills
* Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach in order to achieve results
* Substantiated capability to effectively manage, and support, a fluid business environment
* Self-motivated with a bias for action

Work Conditions
* Position is located at a branch or site location
* Work is conducted in a semi-private office/cubicle setting
* Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the core work hours of 9:30 am to 3:30 pm
