Job Summary

The Manager, Marketing Partnerships supports the development, execution, and optimization of key programs across AEG Presents' influencer and technology partner initiatives. This role manages day-to-day operations and ensures seamless execution of influencer campaigns supporting tours, festivals, and brand objectives. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Partnerships, the position also serves as the main point of contact for influencer strategy, talent management firms, and agency coordination. Additionally, the Manager plays a key role in identifying new partnership opportunities and enhancing existing ones to drive brand engagement and revenue growth.

Essential Functions



  • Oversee day-to-day operations of influencer marketing programs and partnerships to drive campaign performance and brand engagement.Own strategy, planning, execution, and reporting of influencer campaigns across business units to support tour and festival objectives. Manage relationships with influencer agencies and talent firms to secure aligned creators and streamline collaboration. Lead management of the CreatorIQ platform to support campaign operations and creator oversight. Source and maintain creator lists tailored by genre and artist to ensure relevance and reach. Manage creator communications, payments, issue resolution, and execution logistics to ensure timely and smooth delivery. Develop and execute affiliate marketing programs through CreatorIQ to drive incremental revenue and creator partnership value
  • Source new marketing partnership opportunities at both regional and national levels to expand brand reach and value
  • Support development of partnership strategies and present new ideas and opportunities to Marketing Partnerships leadership to drive innovation and growth
  • Own execution of promotional campaigns including sweepstakes, giveaways, and charitable donations to support engagement, goodwill, and brand activation efforts


Required Qualifications



  • BA/BS Degree (4-year) Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or Music Industry related field preferred.
  • 4-6 years Relevant experience in marketing, advertising, influencer marketing, business development, partnerships, business development, or the music industry required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Forms)
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills and acumen for finding solutions to complex problems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong multi-tasker, and detail-oriented
  • Experience with Influencer Marketing campaign execution and management
  • Experience with CreatorIQ, Grin, or similar influencer marketing platform preferred but not required


Payscale:$69,000 - $101,204

Bonus: This position is eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
