PCI Pharma Services is seeking a highly motivated and detailed-oriented Senior Sustainability Analyst to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in advancing PCI's Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) strategy by managing sustainability data, supporting program implementation, and contributing to internal and external ESG reporting.

You will collaborate across functions and regions to ensure accurate data collection, insightful analysis

This role will partner with the Director of Sustainability and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality ESG data collection, governance, and reporting across our global operations.

This position requires strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that support PCI's sustainability goals and regulatory requirements.

This is a cross-functional role that requires a balance of analytical rigor, project management, and collaborative engagement with both internal teams and external partners.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Data Management & Analytics

  • Lead the collection, validation, and analysis of ESG data from global PCI sites, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Maintain comprehensive digital records, policies, and documentation that support PCI's Global ESG Program.

  • Benchmark ESG performance against internal KPIs, industry standards, and global best practices.

  • Support the development of sustainability reports, stakeholder disclosures, and third-party assessments.

  • Compile and organize data for ESG reporting and other key communications.

Program Implementation

  • Manage multiple projects and timelines with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Provide support to site-level teams for environmental and social initiatives.

  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to monitor, implement, and enhance ESG efforts to achieve global targets.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as a point of contact for ESG-related requests, ensuring timely and thoughtful responses.

  • Build and sustain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to foster ESG integration.

  • Partner with marketing to develop standardized ESG communications and materials to support employee and customer engagement.

  • Promote ESG awareness by supporting communications, trainings, dashboards, and other ESG platforms.

Program Administration

  • Monitor and track ESG regulatory requirements, targets, policies, inquires, and global reporting frameworks.

  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations based on ESG research and analytical findings.

  • Facilitate meetings, support audits, customer inquiries, and external assessments.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Energy Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in ESG, CSR, sustainability, consulting, or a related field.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

  • Proficient in data organization and analysis

  • In Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) with experience preparing data for internal review and survey submissions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences and provide regular updates on progress.

  • General understanding of the global ESG landscape, environmental regulations, sustainability practices, industry standards, and reporting frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in sustainability, business, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare industry.

  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing operations and regulatory compliance requirements.

  • Experience developing and maintaining dashboards using tools like Power BI, Smartsheet, SharePoint, or Tableau.

  • Prior experience working with ESG or Corporate Responsibility management software.
