We are currently searching for an entry level CEI Document Control/Data Entry Support Specialist to support our Mid-Atlantic Region located in Camp Hill, PA.

To be considered for this position, applicants must have, at minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.

What you'll be doing:

  • Assists in the administration of the construction contracts
  • Assist in maintaining project files, and records database including specifications, test results, and reports
  • Assist multiple projects with the inspector's daily report of assigned work activities
  • Responsible for logging, tracking, and processing miscellaneous project deliverables
  • Prepares project progress reports, agendas, and minutes for meetings, and assists in preparing final project close-out documents
  • Performs other duties as assigned

What you need to have:

  • Basic Microsoft 365 Skills
  • Technological Proficiency
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening to ensure a safe and productive work environment. Volkert adheres to federal guidelines, which may include testing for substances such as marijuana. Please note that federal regulations may differ from state-specific guidelines.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • A satisfactory motor vehicle report (MVR).
