IT - Business Relationship Manager: This is where you come in. We're looking for an IT - Business Relationship Manager to serve as a strategic link between our business units and IT teams, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring that technology investments align with company goals. - Build and maintain strong partnerships with department leaders, project owners, and key stakeholders.

- Lead or support the full lifecycle of at least two significant initiatives, from scoping through delivery.

- Design and implement a repeatable method to capture, measure, and communicate ROI and business value.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and data quality metrics for ongoing and future initiatives.
Lead Change Management for a Key Initiative
- Drive communication, training, and adoption strategies for a major system implementation or process change.
- Ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption and high user adoption.
Evaluate and Align Business Priorities with IT Solutions
- Proactively assess shifting business needs and vet them against existing tools and processes.
- Facilitate scoping, prioritization, and business case development for new IT requests and initiatives.
Improve Testing, Documentation, and Release Communication
- Oversee or coordinate user testing, system documentation, and rollout messaging for updates or new solutions.
- Ensure all changes are clearly communicated and deliver maximum value with minimal disruption.
Optimize Vendor and Resource Management
- Support the oversight of external vendors, ensuring performance, cost, and contract alignment with business goals.
- Track and report on third-party effectiveness, helping to drive continuous improvement.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field - or equivalent work experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in a Business Relationship Management, Business Analysis, or similar role that bridges IT and business operations. Internal applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with Power BI or data analytics tools is preferred, with an interest in leveraging data to drive business decisions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects in a dynamic environment.

- Demonstrated experience in project management, from planning to execution and delivery.

Compensation: $80,000 to $145,000 annually MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions presently provides employee coverage for:
