The successful candidate will have a background in both Environmental business and IT. The candidate will also have a background in data design and modeling for consumption in the company data warehouse and data extraction from source systems. We're looking for a responsible, articulate, and motivated individual who can support the business with the technical issues identified with Environmental systems and integrations.

Tasks / Responsibilities:

*Coordinate and manage technical changes for upgrades on SaaS and on-prem systems
*Liaise with business groups to identify stakeholders, conduct needs assessments, gather requirements, recommend solutions, facilitate implementations, test & validate solutions, and manage change
*Plan, manage, and implement system integration projects
*Collaborate with internal teams and 3rd party vendors to identify, prioritize, and implement product enhancements and bug fixes.
*Independently resolve issues and efficiently self-direct work activities based on the ability to capture, organize, and analyze information
*Create and maintain technical and design documentation
*Perform data analysis using SQL, Oracle, and other database tools

Required Qualifications:

*Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Chemical Engineering or a related degree with an environmental or safety focus.
*Experience leading & managing EHS software implementations, including design workshops, development, testing, data migration, and post-go-live support.
*7+ years of experience in application support and/or project management roles
*7+ years of experience working with Oracle and SQL databases
*7+ years of PL/SQL experience
*Experience with end-to-end testing, project management, audit controls, stakeholder engagement and process documentation
*Proven experience managing projects through SDLC and strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. AGILE, Waterfall)
*Familiarity with data middleware technologies: API, SFTP, ETL technologies
*Strong problem-solving skills
*Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure

Preferred Experience:
*Experience with HSE / environmental / operations data management systems (e.g.: Intelex, Enablon, Intelex ACTS, Sphera Cloud, SAP S4-HANA)
*Knowledge of air emissions calculations
*Knowledge of oil and gas upstream processes
*Knowledge of the emerging carbon market
*Understanding of O&G Operations data management
*Experience with AWS and Azure

The salary range for this position is:$ 120,000 - $ 165,000 Annual

*Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements may receive consideration for higher-level role given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs.
