Ericsson also does not hire F-1's working on EAD for this position.* The Lead Product Manager, Branch Solutions, plays a pivotal role in our organization, driving product strategy and execution to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and align with our business goals. This position requires a deep understanding of product management principles, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex projects. The Lead Product Manager will collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure the successful development and implementation of high-quality branch solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, owning mass market business-to-business products from ideation to launch and end of life, a strong background in IP networking is essential for this role, along with a passion for innovation, and possess excellent communication skills. You will work within a fun culture with a strong engineering team on the development of a wide set of features and collaborate with various teams from all over the company. You will work closely with the entire Product Management team to understand and deliver on the strategic big picture, while inherently and independently being detail-oriented, organized and driven enough to identify and produce the pieces required to put that picture together What you will do Define and lead the product strategy for our Branch portfolio, aligning with Ericsson's overall vision, market needs, and the evolving landscape of enterprise branch technologies and use cases. Utilize our vast metrics and customer-focused data sets alongside your own market research to continually find the next big growth opportunity, explore the latest industry trends and features to propose ideas on how we can bring them to our service Collaborate on overall Branch product strategy towards our product vision and mission by synthesizing user and business needs into product priorities and roadmap Partnering with engineering, design, data science, analytics, marketing, and other key groups to release world-class hardware, features, and functionality, measure the success of products and strategize iterative improvements by defining requirements for products and features by writing detailed use cases that capture user needs and scenarios. Own release management, including writing and distributing product briefs and managing releases. Partner with our Customer Support and Success teams to champion Branch users, understanding and prioritizing their feedback, investigate and resolve technical issues. Monitor the progress of tickets, clear blockers, and answer business/product questions for the development team. The skills you bring 10+ years of experience in the networking industry wiith 5+ years product management focused on network solutions (including Wi-Fi, networking protocols, etc.) for branch networking; as well as in depth understanding of edge devices (including routers, switches, Wi-Fi AP's, firewalls, etc.) Experience working with communication networks (IP/TCP, VPN, Cellular, etc.), networking infrastructure, protocols, SD-WAN Controllers, WAN optimization, IP routing, switching and Wi-Fi is required Demonstrated experience in leading development of a product from ideation to launch and through end of life and improving existing products by shipping increments in an Agile environment. Strong customer focus and a well-honed sense of empathy for regional and cultural considerations towards building a global experience. Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with technical partners, peers, and executive management alike clearly and effectively; as well as the ability to write clear and thorough specifications and user stories. Demonstrate strong experience with data-informed decision making; know how and when to leverage qualitative and quantitative experimentation, and adept at analyzing results from these experiments. Your Pay The salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience. Santa Clara: $204,000- $306,000 Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan: Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply. Your Health Ericsson offers excellent health benefits including the choice of three medical plan options and a dental plan option that allow an employee to select the level of coverage that suits their needs. Employees will receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost that Ericsson pays toward the cost of their medical and dental premiums for themselves and eligible covered dependents. Your Financial Security We invest in both your short and long-term financial wellbeing. The Ericsson US 401(k) Plan offers an automatic 3% company contribution and Ericsson matches $1 for every $1 you put into the 401(k) Plan on the first 3% of your eligible pay, plus 50 cents on every $1 on the next 2% of eligible pay. When you contribute at least 5% of eligible pay, you are receiving Ericsson's full matching contributions. Matching and company automatic contributions stop when your total eligible pay for the year reaches the IRS limits. Employees will also receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost of basic life insurance and basic accidental death and dismemberment coverage, as well as short-term and long-term disability coverage. Employees also have the option to participate in Ericsson's Stock Purchase Plan. Your Time Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11 annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick time annually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
