Scope of role

Our Digital Experience Platform team is looking for a Sr Manager, Digital Product (eCommerce & Mobile) to lead our global eCommerce initiatives and take the Regal Rexnord eCommerce experience to the next level. This role will be responsible for overseeing 2-3 eCommerce product pods, including Product Owners, Product Manager, Developers, Quality Analysts, Business System Analysts, and other related roles (direct or indirectly). The Sr Manager of eCommerce will drive the strategy, roadmap, execution, and utilization of our eCommerce platforms to enhance our customer experience and accelerate business growth.

The right candidate will bring technology, voice of customer, and problem solving together to drive a transformational digital commerce experience that meets the needs of the customers and entices them to transact digitally. The right candidate is a big picture thinker, an in-depth problem solver, and a change maker, looking to make an impact at an enterprise level.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sr Manager, Digital Product (eCommerce & Mobile), you will:

Lead Strategy & Roadmap Development:

  • Implement new eCommerce platform in 2025, and within the next 1-3 years scale it globally.

  • Develop, refine, and iterate on the global eCommerce strategy, ensuring utilization of best-in-class technology & architectural principles.

  • Partner with business divisions to identify key market opportunities and set annual and long-term goals.

Leadership:

  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, high performance, and continuous improvement within the eCommerce team. Encourage team members to experiment with new ideas, embrace change, and continuously seek ways to improve processes and outcomes.

  • Lead eCommerce product teams, including Product Owners, Product Manager, Developers, Quality Analysts, Business System Analysts, and other related roles.

  • Ensure that the eCommerce team has the necessary resources and support to achieve their objectives, while optimizing costs and maximizing ROI.

Execution:

  • Oversee the development and implementation of the eCommerce roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of projects and initiatives.

  • Provide clarity of priority at a project, epic, user story, and product backlog level, setting clear milestones, and managing dependencies to ensure successful execution.

  • Manage multiple complex projects in parallel, working with internal and third-party stakeholders to ensure projects are timely, accurate and align on best practices

Champion Agile:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, IT, and customer service, to ensure seamless integration and execution of eCommerce initiatives. Work closely with these teams to align on goals, share insights, and drive a unified approach to customer engagement.

  • Ensure that the eCommerce team adheres to SAFe principles and practices, promoting a consistent and scalable approach to Agile across the eCommerce organization.

Drive KPI and OPIs:

  • Monitor and analyze eCommerce performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Use data-driven insights to identify areas for optimization, enhance user experience, and drive conversion rates.

  • Drive team to track, measure, optimize and report on core KPIs including web sessions, time on site, conversion, page views, site speed, bounce rate, click pathing, Where to Buy lead generation, site search performance and sales.

Value Customer Feedback & Innovation:

  • Nourish stakeholder and customer relationships to understand moments of delight, opportunities, and pain points in the shopping journey

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, ensuring the company remains competitive in the eCommerce space. Continuously evaluate emerging technologies, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Collaborate:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, IT, and customer service, to ensure seamless integration and execution of eCommerce initiatives. Work closely with these teams to align on goals, share insights, and drive a unified approach to customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in digital product management, with a focus on eCommerce. Experience managing mobile applications or mobile optimized products preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience managing high performing teams.
  • Experience in B2B required, Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of eCommerce trends, best practices, and conversion.
  • Proven skill in effective communication and translating data into actionable insights and actions.
  • Track record of effective product road map design and execution and getting things done on time.
  • Hands-on experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.

Technical Skills Preferred:

  • Previous experience with JIRA, Power BI, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization, Sitecore, and Composable Commerce technologiesstrongly preferred.

  • Background in Product Information Management system best practicesis preferred.

  • Background in deploying new eCommerce enhancements including eMarketplaces, Punchouts and B2B2Cis preferred

  • Familiarity with voice of customer tools like HotJar and Qualtricsis preferred

Expected Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 annually

The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors.
