Responsibilities

Peraton requires a Program Manager for the INDOPACOM Enterprise Pacific Integrated C4 Solutions (EPICS) contract, located on Fort Shafter Hawaii.

EPICS responsibilities include but are not limited to the planning, modernization, sustainment of all Army Networks (e.g., routing, switching, encryption); voice, data, and video communications; Land Mobile Radio (LMR) systems and infrastructure; tactical communications; cybersecurity support including Information Assurance (IA) and Risk Management Framework (RMF); life cycle and mission command technical refreshes; knowledge/data management services; software development; and server/telecommunications room upgrades.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    Provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance and leadership of the execution of the EPICS Contract
  • Establishing and maintaining relations with clients' senior-level managers
  • Developing overall strategy, tactics and goals
  • Managing the Contractor and subcontractor staff, including the number of staff, final hiring and firing decisions, and staff development and mentoring
  • Organizes, directs, and manages contract operation support functions, involving multiple complex and inter-related project tasks
  • Manages teams of contract support personnel at multiple locations
  • Maintains and manages the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization
  • Meets with Government and Contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items. Ensures conformance with program task schedules and cost

Qualifications

Required qualifications:

  • 16 plus years applicable experience
  • Top Secret (TS) clearance with Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI) access.

Desired qualifications:

  • Experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing the contractor's proposed methodologies and approach for a project or program similar in scope and complexity to this TO.
  • Current Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Program Management Level III, Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional, or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification
  • Experience managing projects and/or programs with multiple OCONUS performance locations.
  • Experience with Status of Forces Agreements (SOFA) requirements, regulations, and processes within the USINDOPACOM AOR.

Target Salary Range

$176,000 - $282,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
