Overview: We're seeking a skilled Change Management Contractor to support our organization in executing a comprehensive change management strategy and establishing some foundational templates. This role will focus on the tactical aspects of change management, ensuring a smooth transition during the implementation of new initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management processes, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Miro, and Asana. Key Responsibilities: 1.Discovery: oCollaborate with stakeholders to identify change requirements and objectives oConduct change impact assessments and analysis to understand the implications of changes on various teams and processes oDevelop end-to-end user journey maps to visualize the impact of changes on user experiences 2.Change Delivery Planning: oCreate and refine change delivery plans that outline the steps necessary for successful implementation oDevelop a key messaging hierarchy to ensure consistent communication throughout the change process oDesign engagement and communications strategies oPolish and prepare change delivery assets for hotel-facing use, ensuring clarity and usability oEstablish success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and track progress 3.Pilot Management: oManage beta tests and pilot programs to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments before full-scale implementation 4.Post-Implementation Sustainability: oIntegrate sustainability considerations into change management strategies to promote long-term viability and responsibility oProvide adoption and stabilization support post-implementation to ensure sustained success and user satisfaction Qualifications: *Proven experience in change management, preferably in a hospitality or service-oriented environment *Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct impact assessments and user journey mapping *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels *Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Miro, and Asana *Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment *Strong organizational skills and attention to detail *Skills* Change management, Organizational change management, Corporate communication, Agile *Top Skills Details* Change management,Organizational change management,Corporate communication *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Ideal Candidate Profile Strong organizational skills and ability to guide teams through change smoothly Experience with change management frameworks and tools Skilled in stakeholder communication and end-user engagement Familiarity with Asana and Miro is a plus Expertise in sustainability, corporate responsibility, or intranet-based tools is advantageous Comfortable working independently and reporting directly to Corrine Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a Change Delivery Plan for upcoming feature rollouts Coordinate pilot programs and beta testing for new functionalities Lead communication planning and asset creation to support change adoption Ensure end-user engagement and understanding of changes Support discovery, planning, and deployment phases Collaborate with Corrine on intake and planning for the Change Management team Help minimize disruption during transitions *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
