Key Accountabilities

*Collecting and interpreting complex data sets from various sources, such as databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.

*Conducting advanced analysis of structured and unstructured datasets using statistical tools and software, such as R, SAS, or Python.

*Developing and implementing data collection systems and other strategies that optimize data quality.

*Collaborating with teams to identify and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for business decisions.

*Preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.

*Identifying areas for improvement in data collection and analysis processes and recommending solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree plus 4 years (or Master's plus 2 year, orequivalent 6 years) of professional experience in data analysis or arelated field.
• Experience in analyzing large volumes of data using Python, SQL, SAS, R or similar programming languages. Experience in working with data engineers to define business requirements.
• Experience using PowerBI or Tableau for data visualization. Exposure to prompt engineeringa plus.
• Experience in A/B Testing and statistical analysis.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of financialmodeling and investment analysis (ROI, CLV)
• Skill in developing robust process flows.
• Ability to lead, track, and communicate status of team initiatives.
