Summary: The Manager - Special Project Team (SPT) West reports to the Area Director and provides leadership and direction to the Special Project Team members, insuring safe and effective pipeline repairs, replacements, and fabrications consistent with company policies, procedures, and government regulations. The position will work with area management and engineering to coordinate the completion of Capital and Expense projects while providing O&M support and coordinating emergency response. Preferred Skills: * Familiar with the Federal Code of Regulations as it relates to Natural Gas Pipeline Construction and Operation. * Ability to work independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations. * Ability to work within and determine stringent deadlines for others. * Ability to represent the Company in a professional manner with both private and public entities and officials. * Ability to lead and collaborate across functions to improve business processes.
