Some things you can expect to do:

  • Executive Assistance to the Market Leader and providing additional administrative support to the Development Team.
  • Proactively manage calendars, emails, calls, and other correspondence for the Sector Leader and team, including scheduling meetings, creating materials and compiling monthly reports, etc.
  • Anticipate challenges and conflicting priorities and help the team navigate through these challenges in a proactive fashion.
  • Manage and plan domestic travel, meetings and events for the team.
  • Carry out assignments under pressure with short deadlines and frequent interruptions.
  • Support recurring meetings with preparing and updating documents that require multiple team members input, summarizing meeting minutes and action items, etc.
  • Support Market leadership with assignment timelines and follow through.
  • Maintain and create close working relationships with senior executives, organizational peers, and staff members, both internally and externally.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a rapidly changing work environment and providing high-level administrative support.
  • Familiar with cross-functional team support and management.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, along with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Proficient with entire Microsoft Office Suite and can quickly become fluent with new technologies.
  • Demonstrated track record of handling confidential information appropriately.
  • Excel at developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with others.
  • Resolve issues effectively and demonstrate sound judgement in decision-making.
  • Ability to work in office 5 days/week.

You will really stand out if you:

  • Have experience working in commercial real estate, development, architecture, engineering or construction industries.
  • Have experience working with CRM software.
