Job Description

Visa is seeking a Manager to join the Visa Intelligent Commerce team to enable Agentic Commerce experiences. This team is focused on enabling AI-powered agents to autonomously handle various stages of the shopping experience, enhancing convenience, security, and efficiency for consumers and businesses alike. The Manager has a broad set of responsibilities, including supporting partners in product and partnerships to ensure the program is a success, collaborating with global, cross functional teams to develop and articulate the roadmap for Visa Intelligent Commerce, and tracking priority workstreams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

This is an opportunity to join Visa's newly created global growth team, which matches key global partners with product-oriented Visa partnerships teams. Those teams sit alongside product development professionals to bring a more collaborative and agile approach to grow with Visa's partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a diverse team of cross-functional stakeholders to create executive level content for Visa Intelligent Commerce's key workstreams.

  • Oversee and manage content for regular executive discussions, including tracking updates and identifying key risks.

  • Work with global product teams to define regional strategy and identify product requirements to expand availability.

  • Able to articulate the product to internal and external stakeholders, capture and incorporate feedback alongside product teams.

  • Analyze and manipulate transactional data to support quantitatively driven arguments and decisions.

This position must be filled in San Francisco Visa office - no relocation assistance

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Permanent Authorization to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment for this position. Visa will not sponsor applicants for work visas in connection with this position.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
  • 4 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
  • Experience 'managing up', building Executive Level communications and delivering presentations
  • Proven record of implementing strategic initiatives, policies and operational decisions
  • Able to develop strategic narratives with strong storytelling capabilities
  • Ability to work within a complex and often ambiguous environment, and to influence senior management and other relevant parties
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and capable of pushing forward multiple projects in parallel
  • Soft skills including genuine and open communication, active listening, compassion, and inspiring others
Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 138,500.00 to 200,700.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
