The Product Marketing team sits within the Ad Sales department. It serves as an industry expert who partners closely with our product, sales, marketing, and PR teams to build marketing communication strategies and the materials that get our product messages to the right people at the right time and scale. Our team is grounded in a culture of inclusivity, teamwork, and impact over output.

As a Manager on the team, your role is to create compelling 'go-to-market' packages that reflect the voice of FOX through the lens of its newly formed innovation incubation center. This role sits at the intersection of tech, product, advanced audience solutions and ad sales, requiring exceptional cross-functional capabilities and working hand in hand with product management, research experts, integrated marketing, pricing, planning and operation to bring next gen solutions to market. This work centers itself around building narratives and external messaging that articulates the value of our solutions to our customers while also producing and providing training materials that are internal facing.

The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller who can develop compelling narratives that connect product solutions to our customers' needs. You will have a deep understanding and expertise in media and advertising, with substantial experience working in ad tech. This role also requires strong cross-functional collaboration and organizational skills.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop clear, on-brand messaging and positioning for our solutions that provide the foundation of product marketing for outbound communication as well as product training documents, FAQs, foundational product narratives and competitive analysis.

  • Build foundational narratives and playbooks at the solution level that simplifies our product suite into consolidated frameworks that, when stacked, solve key outcomes for our customers.

  • Partner with research and PM/PMM teams to develop customer research and/or harness insights and data to articulate the reasons to believe in our advertising solutions for our audiences.

  • Collaborate with Sales to identify needs that will help enable the field team and grow the business, inclusive of competitive narratives and sales content (1 to many)

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, integrated marketing or relevant field.

  • Knowledge and understanding of digital/video media, the CTV marketplace and the programmatic advertising ecosystem

  • Top notch presentation and communication skills to be able to convet complex products in an easily understandable way

  • Passion and/or interest in the evolving advertising industry and keeping up with relevant news and innovations

  • Proficiency within PowerPoint, Excel and Word with a high quality standard

  • Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, multi-tasking necessary environment

  • Comfortable working in a cross-functional environment to ensure work gets done efficiently

  • You bring a unique blend of creativity, storytelling and strategic problem-solving to ensure the GTM product and solutions land with purpose

  • Outstanding interpersonal, collaboration, communication (oral and written), and presentation skills with the ability to train internal audiences

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills; proven ability to get projects done on tight timelines

  • Comfort in ambiguity with a strong ability to adapt to the evolving landscape of media and advertising

  • Experience working in a cross-functional capacity (product, marketing, sales, insights, agencies, etc.) within a fast-paced, changing environment

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $74,000.00-85,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
