Client Success Specialist

The Client Success Specialist is responsible for serving as a liaison to a variety of WellSky clients. The scope of this job includes navigating specific workflows to process client requests, working closely with executive leaders to find resolutions, and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients regarding requests for contract adjustments specific to financial commitments and navigate through requests to understand opportunities while strengthening client partnerships and experiences with WellSky's solutions.
• Partner with clients to ensure all conversations and action items are completed efficiently and on time.
• Maintain a broad understanding of client lifecycle engagement expectations across WellSky's business and operational teams, identify opportunities for increased client alignment, and partner with client organizations to streamline experiences to maximize long-term value.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and business owners to recommend client negotiation strategies.
• Analyze and craft proposals and other business-related communications.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience

Job Expectations:

• Willing to travel up to 30% based on business needs
• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
• Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
• Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
