Duties:

• Coordinates manufacturing of cable building under direction of operations the manager
• Provides daily assignments and direct supervision to team associates
• Participates in the assembly, debug, and testing of electrical subassemblies in complex systems
• Assists in the generation of new product or subassembly documentation and work instructions
• Provides feedback to engineering regarding errors or omissions in existing documentation via ECRs
• Assists in the completion of ERP work order paperwork for proper processing and costing of jobs
• Assists in the training of new associates to documented standards and practices

• Associates degree in engineering technology preferred or equivalent experience
• Craftsman skill level with assembly hand tools, light power tools, and electrical measurement tools
• Computer skills - MS Office competency and some CAD experience
• Must be able to interpret schematics to build and debug systems
• Attention to detail and ability to retain communicated information.
• Ability to guide technicians and assign work
• Appropriate communication skills to convey information to other associates and supervisors.
• Understands when to request guidance from superiors and proper chain of command.
