THE ROLE:

The HR Business Partner Sr. Manager will partner closely with senior executives in G&A and take full ownership of strategic HR and talent initiatives. Success in this role requires a strong executive presence, consultative depth, and the ability to influence outcomes at the highest levels of the organization. This position is well suited for those eager to take on new challenges in a dynamic, innovative environment where you can drive meaningful change and deliver lasting impact.

THE PERSON:

You are a seasoned HR leader with the credibility and confidence to engage, challenge, and guide senior executives. You bring a consultancy mindset, grounded in business acumen and data-driven insight, and thrive in environments where ambiguity and transformation are the norm.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Business Mindset: Thinks "big picture." Approaches work with a long-term, enterprise-wide perspective. Connects business strategy with people priorities, using data-driven insights to inform decisions. Understands market trends, competitive dynamics, and internal metrics to connect the dots, see patterns and tell a clear story, and drive organizational success.
  • Org & Talent Enabler: Builds strong, effective partnerships with leaders to shape high-performing teams and organizations. Provides strategic guidance on workforce planning, succession, and team effectiveness. Fosters a culture of inclusion, engagement, and continuous improvement while navigating matrixed environments with confidence and agility. Operates with confidence, curiosity to innovate and discipline to execute.
  • Change Leader: Anticipates and diagnoses organizational challenges and leads innovative solutions that drive alignment, efficiency, and transformation. Guides teams and individuals through change with empathy and clarity, actively listening and creating trust and engagement in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
  • Active Influencer: Brings a strong sense of ownership and a bias for action. Humble leader who influences outcomes through data and people insights and relationship-building, while championing collaboration and inclusive thinking. Drives execution excellence and meticulously plans, prioritizes, and executes actions with precision and effectiveness.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Progressive, multifaceted HR experience with recent HR Business Partner experience in a fast-paced environment. Prior G&A HRBP support experience a plus.
  • Deep expertise in org effectiveness, leadership coaching, and talent strategy execution.
  • Proven track record of leading through change and delivering results with precision & impact.
  • Ability to work in sophisticated, global, matrixed organizations
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Highly organized and self-driven, capable of managing multiple priorities with flexibility and strong follow-through.
  • Not afraid to roll up your sleeves up and get involved - no job is too big or too small.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create compelling, data-driven insights and executive-ready presentations.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline preferred.
