We're looking for a Contracts Manager/Administrator to help manage and improve how we purchase goods, services and equipment. This role focuses on negotiating and executing contracts, finding cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring everything runs smoothly in our purchasing systems. What You'll Do: * Negotiate and manage contracts for purchasing goods, services, and equipment. * Look for ways to save money and improve efficiency through standardization and better use of resources. * Work with the Purchasing team to identify opportunities and support contract decisions. * Supervise team members who help with contract tracking, financial analysis, and maintaining contract data. Key Responsibilities: * Keep our contract system accurate and ensure it works well with tools. * Maintain a contract schedule that prioritizes high-spend categories. * Make sure all cost analyses are complete and accurate. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $88000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
