Qualifications


Minimum Education and Experience
PhD is required along with knowledge of computer programming, statistical analysis, and genome evolution.

The position requires independent judgment related to determining specific analysis work-flows. The ultimate decision on how and what research products to publish will be determined by Dr. Ellison.

The Perl and/or python programming languages, R statistical package and the Unix operating system
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Overview
Research will performed using the Rutgers High Performance Computing infrastructure. The results of the research will be submitted for publication in a scientific journal.
