*Location:* Onsite - Las Vegas, 89149 | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM *Pay Range:* $19-$23+/hour * About the Role* We're looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented *Case Worker* to support individuals and businesses through the tax relief process. In this role, you'll be a trusted advocate-guiding clients, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring every case moves forward smoothly. * Key Responsibilities* * *Client Management:* * Conduct consultations, gather financial documents, and assess eligibility for tax relief programs. * *Client Communication & Support:* * Serve as the primary point of contact-providing updates, answering questions, and offering reassurance throughout the resolution process. * *Team Collaboration:* * Work closely with legal and tax professionals to develop strategies and submit documentation to the IRS and state agencies. * *Case Tracking & Documentation:* * Maintain accurate records, follow up on case progress, and ensure timely resolution. * What You Bring* * *Experience:* 2+ years in case management or tax resolution (preferred) * *Skills:* * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational and time management abilities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software * Why This Role?* * Make a meaningful impact helping clients resolve complex tax issues * Join a supportive, mission-driven team * Build valuable experience in a growing industry *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $39526.00 - $45760.00/yr.
