Your Assignment at a Glance

  • The Senior Compensation & Retirement Analyst, under the leadership of the Sr. Manager of Compensation & Retirement will support the process to provide business essential, cost effective, services to associates and business units (BU) in the Friedkin companies. The Analyst will administer and maintain company compensation and retirement benefit programs. The analyst will complete moderate to complex data analysis to include but not limited to participating in surveys, job evaluations, compensation recommendations, conduct market data analyses and assist with benchmark projects. The analyst will also assist with 401(k) funding reconciliations, deferred compensation and 401(k) financial audit reconciliation. The analyst will inform and guide employees on retirement benefits and independently resolve issues.

  • 3 month Contract- August - December, 2025
  • Hybrid work environment- 4 days in the office

What We Need From You

  • A Bachelor's degree and five to eight years of experience or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, modeling)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a consultative and collaborative approach
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
  • Knowledge of compensation structures, retirement plans, and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Experience with HRIS and compensation & retirement systems (e.g., UKG, Salary.com, Payscale, HR Soft, Fidelity, etc.)

Physical and Environmental Requirements
The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by a Contractor to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of the job, the Contractor is required on a daily basis to analyze and interpret data, communicate, and remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the work day and frequently access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The Contractor is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The Contractor must frequently move up to 10 pounds and occasionally move up to 25 pounds.
