Requirements and Preferences


Work Schedule 3 days per week, 24 hours per week, onsite
Other Work/Responsibilities

  • Support HR PMOs administrative functions
  • Drive the execution of small to medium-scale projects from initiation through delivery
  • Maintain project schedules, track deliverables, and follow up on action items
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, colleges, and other stakeholders
  • Participate in meetings, document decisions, and ensure accountability
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows with lean principles
  • Bring a creative lens to problem solving and process improvement
  • Communicate confidently to stakeholders at all levels
  • Embrace feedback and learning opportunities with a growth mindset

Minimum Experience/Education

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-4 yrs. Experience in Project Management
  • Proficiency in Project Lifecycle
