We're looking for an *Office Extraordinaire* to join our family-oriented mortgage team in Anchorage. As a *Transaction Coordinator*, you'll be the friendly face of our office, supporting our loan officers and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This role is a great entry point or stepping stone into the financial services/mortgage industry.
*Key Responsibilities* * Greet walk-in clients and provide general office support. * Scan and organize loan documents (e.g., pay stubs, W-2s, bank statements, tax returns). * Submit expense reports from receipts provided by the team. * Monitor and order office supplies and branded swag. * Assist loan officers by reviewing files for missing documentation. * Handle occasional phone calls and inquiries. * Maintain a welcoming and organized office environment. *Qualifications:* * High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred. * 1 year of experience in mortgage lending or financial services required. * Familiarity with FHA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac is a strong plus. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required. * Ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency. * Excellent customer service mindset. * Professional and patient communication with internal and external clients. * Proficiency in data entry, PDF software, Microsoft Word, and Excel required. * Strong verbal and written communication skills; basic math skills required. * *Bilingual in Spanish or Tagalog is a plus, but not required.* *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.75 - $25.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
