Description We're looking for a Junior Systems Engineer to support the design, configuration, and maintenance of cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and related AWS services. In this hands-on role, you'll work alongside engineers to troubleshoot contact flows, manage AWS infrastructure, and help build automation tools to support business operations. Key Responsibilities: * Support and troubleshoot Amazon Connect-based systems * Configure contact flows, queues, routing logic, and user management * Leverage AWS tools (e.g., Lambda, CloudWatch, API Gateway) for integration and monitoring * Develop scripts (Python, YAML) for automation and provisioning * Participate in infrastructure-as-code projects (Terraform, CloudFormation) * Document systems, configurations, and best practices * Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to optimize cloud contact center solutions Requirements: Hands-on experience with AWS services, Amazon Connect preferably Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, YAML, PowerShell) Basic understanding of SIP/VoIP and networking concepts Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation Strong problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset Bonus: Experience with Amazon Lex, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, or DevOps workflows Skills Amazon Connect, Lambda, DynamoDB, CloudFront, CloudWatch, Python, PowerShell, AWS, Terraform, Amazon Lex, Devops, CSS, HTML, javascript, SIP, VOIP, Networking protocols Additional Skills & Qualifications * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset * Familiarity with monitoring and performance optimization tools * Interest in growing DevOps and automation skillsets * Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
