*Description*
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse/Logistics Specialist to support our data center operations. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and performing various warehouse-related tasks to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations. *Key Responsibilities:* * Shipping & Receiving * Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments of IT equipment and supplies. * Prepare and package outgoing shipments in accordance with company and carrier standards. * Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and dispatch. * Inventory Management * Track and manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS). * Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies. * Maintain accurate records of equipment, parts, and consumables. * Warehouse Operations * Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment. * Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as needed. * Assist with asset tagging, labeling, and staging of IT hardware. * Documentation & Compliance * Ensure all logistics activities comply with company policies and security protocols. * Maintain accurate logs, shipping records, and inventory reports. * Support audits and reporting requirements. *Qualifications:* * High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification preferred. * 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or data center environments. * Familiarity with inventory management systems and shipping software. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate material handling equipment. * Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management. * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Techs will be responsible for overseeing rack movements as "Rack Movement Supervisors". They will be in charge of overseeing a process of the delivery - techs must be assertive and display leadership qualitied. You will be responsible for unloading, palatizing, supervise the work and ensuring that the work is done efficiently. *Skills* Data center, logistics, inventory management, shipping and receiving *Duties* Organize and manage storage areas to ensure efficient retrieval and deployment of equipment. * Coordinates, prepares, and executes incoming/outgoing deliveries (PO receiving, Rack Movement Supervisor (RMS) activities). * Coordinate the transportation of hardware between different data center locations. * Track and document the movement of equipment using inventory management systems. * Assist with the disposal of outdated or decommissioned hardware following proper protocols. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
