Creighton University in Omaha, NE is seeking to hire a Program Manager to work in Graduate Medical Education supporting the new Anesthesiology residency program.

The Program Manager plays a vital role in the daily operations and accreditation compliance of the ACGME-accredited anesthesiology residency program. This position collaborates closely with the Program Director and faculty to support resident recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, evaluation, and program improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organization skills, discretion, and the ability to navigate ACGME requirements while fostering a supportive educational environment.

Schedule is Monday through Friday days and in-person at CUMC Bergan (72nd Mercy Rd).

Key Responsibilities



  • Ensure ACGME compliance by maintaining proper documentation.
  • Coordinate the application process, interview scheduling, and Match Day coordination and onboarding tasks for incoming residents.
  • Develop, manage, and update resident rotation schedules and didactic conference calendars in coordination with faculty and affiliated institutions.
  • Compile and submit required reports such as the ACGME ADS annual update, duty hour reports, and program evaluations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, faculty, and institutional leadership, ensuring smooth communication and managing day-to-day administrative functions of the residency.

Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience required.
  • 2+ year's related coordination of programs experience.
  • Experience with database management, data imports and CRM software preferred.
  • Ability to handle demanding clients, think independently, and analyze problems and reach solutions.
