Electronics Lead

• Coordinate and lead daily production activities to meet safety, quality, output, and delivery goals
• Monitor material and capacity availability; resolve issues and escalate as needed
• Lead daily meetings and assist in tracking/reporting key performance metrics
• Support training, coaching, and development of production staff
• Utilize continuous improvement tools to support operational efficiency
• Operate and oversee equipment such as Wave, Selective Solder, Conformal Coating, SMT machines, and hand solder/test benches

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-5 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and inventory management systems
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
• Must be able to lead by example and promote a collaborative team culture
• Comfortable working a 10.5-hour shift, including line prep before start time
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and meet physical requirements of a production setting
