How Will You Contribute to the Company? The Director of Data, Analytics, and AI will be instrumental in defining and executing the organization's data and analytics strategy, establishing a strong foundation that drives insights and AI, resulting in optimized processes, innovation and correct decision making. Reporting to the Vice President of Enterprise Applications, this role combines technical expertise, strategic oversight, and leadership to deliver impactful business outcomes. The individual in this role will act as a visionary, identifying transformative opportunities within the ever-expanding landscape of data technologies and AI innovations. They will champion the adoption of cutting-edge methodologies and foster an environment where curiosity and experimentation thrive, ensuring the organization remains ahead of the curve in an increasingly competitive market. What you will do
- Drive a culture of insights-driven decision-making and promote the value of data and AI across the organization.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for data, analytics and AI aligned with strategic objectives and business priorities.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI solutions into existing operations.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of data analysts, engineers, and AI specialists, ensuring a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Foster continuous learning and professional development within the team.
- Oversee the collection, storage, and management of structured and unstructured data from various sources, ensuring data integrity, timeliness and security.
- Build and maintain a robust data infrastructure and systems using cloud platforms and modern technologies.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices in privacy and security.
- Lead efforts to implement advanced analytics techniques, including predictive modeling, machine learning, and statistical analysis, to extract actionable insights.
- Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and trends to proactively integrate them into the organization's operations.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to executive leadership and other stakeholders through compelling visualizations, dashboards, and presentations.
- Collaborate effectively across functions to influence and drive decision-making.
The skills you bring
- Education: Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field; or equivalent work experience. Advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in data analytics, with a proven track record in leadership roles. 3 years experience delivering AI solutions
- Proficiency in data warehouse tools such as Snowflake and visualization tools like Power BI.
- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and modern data technologies (e.g., Fivetran, dbt, Snowflake) is advantageous.
- Demonstrable experience in deploying AI capabilities within an enterprise organization.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, balancing short-term priorities with long-term goals.
- Proven ability to inspire and lead a diverse team and collaborate effectively across organizational levels.

Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date.
