The Opportunity:
We are in search of a meticulous and proactive Analyst to join Adobe's Technology Relationship, Supply & Asset Management (TRSAM) team! In this job, you will contribute to central initiatives that improve the efficiency, adherence, and performance of Adobe's technology supplier ecosystem. Ideal candidates bring strong analytical and communication skills, along with experience in vendor management, software asset management, procurement, and finance. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, support audits and license compliance, and help optimize operations through automation and Gen-AI technologies.
What you'll do:
- Support the end-to-end technology supplier lifecycle including proof-of-concept, purchasing, onboarding, license usage governance, performance tracking, and offboarding.
- Be a trusted partner to the Business in developing supplier requirements that meet business needs, with measurable results, governance, and service levels.
- Analyze supplier spend, utilization, and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for service quality and cost optimization.
- Cross-functional collaboration (Business Operations, Procurement, Finance, Third-Party Risk, Legal, Engineering)
- Be a champion for technology usage and supplier optimization across the company.
- Serve individual Adobe employees with their software licensing needs.
- Assist in the preparation, facilitation, and documentation of supplier business reviews and performance scorecards.
- Ensure supplier adherence to Adobe internal policies, audit controls, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of contracts, SOWs, and supplier communications.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and automation of the team's workflows enabled by an "AI-first" mentality.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, Finance, Business, or related field with ideally 3+ years of industry experience.
- Demonstrated experience and strong understanding of technology vendor management, software asset management, and technology sourcing principles
- Ability to interpret and synthesize vendor metrics such as SLA adherence, renewal timelines, and cost trends.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Experience collaborating closely with internal and external partners across the organizational ladder.
- Understanding of vendor risk management frameworks and tools.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to apply an AI-first approach to supplier management processes. The ideal candidate is comfortable applying AI-powered tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and strategic insight across the work that they will do.
- Experience working with relational databases and visualization tools such as SQL and PowerBI.
- Enterprise P2P tools: SAP Ariba, GEP Smart, and/or Coupa etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and processes, including drafting, reviewing, and tracking MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs.
- Experience working with USU SmartTrack or other related software asset management tools.
- Exposure to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for license harvesting, renewal workflows, or vendor product onboarding
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $64,800 -- $130,800 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
