Job Description

As a Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) Business Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor to leaders and HR teams, driving impactful solutions that address both business and operational needs. In this role, you will partner with management to design and deliver tailored learning initiatives, lead organizational development and change management efforts, and strengthen organizational and human capital capabilities.

This Job Is for You If

  • Identify needs and gaps in learning and organizational development, and build an annual plan to address these gaps, including supporting department leadership in formulating and implementing people and development strategies
  • Support and develop managers at all levels - new managers, mid-level managers, and senior leaders - through dedicated programs, workshops, mentoring, and individual coaching
  • Manage the learning budget and oversee the execution of all learning activities
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and their impact on business performance
  • Collaborate with other L&OD BPs to share knowledge, develop best practices, and lead cross-departmental projects
  • Drive digitization of work processes and manage data to make information accessible and support decision-making

Job Requirements

  • Master's student in fields such as Behavioral Sciences, Learning Technologies, Organizational Sociology, Organizational Consulting, Psychology, or Organizational Behavior
  • Organizational consulting and change management
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Effective communication and excellent collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Business acumen and understanding of global interfaces
  • Group facilitation and leading workshops
  • Systems thinking and data orientation
  • Digital literacy (LXP, AI, dashboards)

Compensation: $18.52 - $21.79
