Job Summary:

The Inventory Associate will play a crucial role in supporting our inventory management operations. Working closely with the Inventory Manager, this position involves checking inventory levels, distributing parts, assisting with stocking, and maintaining an organized and efficient inventory system. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient in operating a forklift, and capable of performing tasks accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Assist in receiving, storing, and distributing inventory parts and supplies.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Participate in inventory audits and contribute to resolving any issues that arise.
  • Coordinate with the Inventory Manager to optimize inventory processes and procedures.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining records and reports related to inventory activities.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or training is a plus.
  • Proven experience in inventory management, warehousing, or a related field.
  • Certified or willing to become certified in forklift operation.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management software and data entry.
