CBIZ Network Solutions delivers onsite technical support to Edward Jones home and branch offices across the U.S. and Canada. As a trusted Edward Jones partner, we prioritize exceptional customer service while troubleshooting and repairing computers, printers, telephones, and other technical components. Additionally, our team supports Edward Jones with project coordination, process management, and software solutions whenever needed.

Essential Functions and Primary Duties:

  • Serve as a key point of contact for both internal teams and client employees, managing a variety of HR inquiries and requests with professionalism and urgency.
  • Support critical HR processes including timesheet verification, onboarding, employee tracking, and policy compliance.
  • Coordinate and maintain accurate data across systems, ensuring up-to-date records for employee changes, statuses, and documentation.
  • Assist with employee relations matters, including initial intake of concerns and coordination of follow-up actions under guidance from HR leadership.
  • Contribute to training initiatives, knowledge sharing, and communication efforts within the client organization.
  • Help prepare responses to employee concerns and complaints, escalating as appropriate.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies as well as federal, state, and local employment regulations.
  • Take ownership of various HR-related programs and projects as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with payroll, employee lifecycle processes, and HRIS systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive, client-first approach.
  • Prior experience working in a high-volume or multi-site environment is a strong plus.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-3 years' experience in workforce in a responsible position
  • Must maintain licenses and/or certifications relative to area of responsibility
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing both internally and externally
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills, time management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize
